Maria Bartiromo, an American TV journalist and the first to broadcast directly from the New York Stock Exchange floor live. She's a widely acclaimed television personality with several well-known programs. A veteran broadcaster with over 20 years experience of reporting on business and the economics, she was instrumental in aiding CNBC to become one of the top channels for business and the economy. Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn is an American actor in the field of film and television as well as a theatre actress. Gifted thespian, she is active in the professional world over the last 27 years. Her acting debut was on stage with an off Broadway production called The Big Funk by John Patrick Shanley in the year 1990. In the following year she was cast in her first television role, The Perfect Tribute. In 1992 her career was started when she was commissioned for a part in the film Basic Instinct. The Firm is where she made her debut as the female star alongside Tom Cruise & Gene Hackman. Throughout the 1990s she worked with some of the biggest stars in the industry including Gwyneth Paltrow on Sliding Doors, Hugh Grant in Mickey Blue Eyes and Julie Andrews in Relative Values. Recently she played Dr Alex Blake in the internationally well-known crime procedural Criminal Minds.
